Shipping & Warranty Policy

Quality Assurance
We stand behind the quality of our commercial dishwashers. If you receive a defective product or if damage occurs during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

What We Cover
– Manufacturing defects
– Shipping damage (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

What We Do NOT Cover
– Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
– Normal wear and tear
– Customized orders (non-returnable and non-refundable)

How We Resolve Issues
We do NOT require you to return the entire unit. Instead, we will offer one of the following solutions:
– Send replacement parts
– Provide a partial refund as compensation
– Offer a discount on your next order

In rare cases where a return is necessary, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the error is on our part).

Shipping Policy
– Processing time: 3-7 business days after order confirmation
– Shipping method: Sea freight, air freight, or international courier (customer’s choice)
– Shipping cost: Calculated based on destination, weight, and shipping method. Final cost will be provided before order confirmation
– Customs & duties: Customer is responsible for any import taxes or customs fees in the destination country
– Tracking: Tracking number will be provided after shipment

If you receive a damaged product, please keep the original packaging and take photos/videos. Contact us within 48 hours at sales@youkitchens.com.
